How long does a typical order take?
Our orders take anywhere from 5-7 business to ship. Please see the shipping options at checkout for more shipping pricing and details.
Can I submit my own designs to be engraved?
Yes! You can upload your own design files when creating your custom design for any product. Just look for the ↑ button!
What is your return policy?
All customized product sales are final. Though if you have received an incorrect or damaged item reach out to us using our contact form. Click here to read our full Terms & Services.
Do you provide design services?
We do not do design prep work (creating the designs), however, if that is something you are interested in there are websites where you can hire a freelance designer for projects like this. Then, in order to upload them to our customizer you will just need a high resolution jpg, png or you can also use eps and svg files.
